RANA PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) lined bellow joint is a type of Expansion Joint used in piping systems to compensate for thermal expansion, vibration, and misalignment. It consists of a metal bellow that is lined with PTFE, a highly durable and chemically resistant material.
The metal bellow provides flexibility and allows for movement in the piping system, while the Ptfe Lining ensures excellent corrosion resistance and prevents the contact of the process fluid with the metal surface. This lining also provides a low-friction surface, reducing the risk of material buildup and facilitating smooth flow.
