A Brief Introduction of Process

For tightly Lined PTFE storage tanks:

1. Make the tank shell according to the requirement .
2. Eliminate the slag on the entire lining surface and check whether the lining surface is flat.
3. Sandblasting the inner surface
4. Keep the inner surface clean and without any dusty
5. Carry out tightly lining process
6. Inspection: using the imported pinhole EDM detector for inspection until completion,
7. Make a water pressure test.
8. External anti-corrosion treatment,
9. Arrange shipment for the finished products

Equipment Inspection
