A brief introduction to the production of RANA tightly Lined PTFE storage tanks: First, the steel shell is made according to the customer's requirements. After the steel tank is constructed, we will inspect the tank according to the drawing, and the internal PTFE lining will be carried out in accordance with the buyer’s demand.

1. Eliminate the slag on the entire steel tank surface and check whether the surface is flat enough for our Fluoropolymer Lining.

2. Sandblasting the inner surface to match the lining standard.

3. Keep the inner surface clean and without any dusty.

4. Carry out tightly lining process.

5. Inspection: using the imported pinhole EDM detector for inspection until completion, make a water pressure test.

6. external anti-corrosion treatment, arrange shipment for the finished products .
